part of me thinking too much about Derideal lately.
I regret so many things I did with the story, as I was even more inexperienced when I started, even when I decided to remake the story... I lacked more skill to make it better.

What you said in the description... hah, it's the exact reason why so many people are too afraid to start writing(or anything else really), and then end up not making anything, too afraid things won't turn out how they want. I want to create something too yet get too wound up with... things, too worried/nervous or just resigned. Jed Herne (writer who's content I found on YT and he provides some solid advice), among other things, said how we should start with smaller projects, smaller stories, instead of starting with our "Magnum opus" while we don't know what we're doing yet.

of course, if you can make smaller stories.
Honestly, I've tried but I can't seem to make anything in less than 150 episodes that manages to convey what I wanted. (and that's usually 3-6 years of work in drawings later ahha)
it's impossible to make it perfect the first time, but that shouldn't stop you. Of course that making it smaller is a big help, I tend to give the same advice, but sometimes what you have in mind can't be compressed that much.
at least I know how to do it better now, I wouldn't be able to finish big projects like Nova without my experience with Derideal.
in general, people wants the goals but not the process and suffering involved to get to the goal.
luckily I tend to enjoy the process too, even if I suffer it haha.
