- If you, the client, request for SOMEONE's OC, you must give me proof of their permission

- You, the client, have the rights to cancel the commission. If you decided to cancel the commission, you have the rights for refund
- If I were to cancel the commission for whatever reason, you shall receive a full refund
- A refund may not be requested if the commission is finished
