“OOouggh… I think… I’m over-Christmased…”
Holt, at his current size, would make any stuffed turkey look downright trim. The nonstop caloric onslaught of the holidays had swelled him up by leaps and pounds - his recliner creaked and groaned, begging for mercy from it’s plump occupant, but Holt was far, far too stuffed to both trying to get up at that stage… Better to sit, let things digest, and pray that he could move in the morning…

It’s been too long since I’ve done a proper cozy, Christmasy piece. I’ve always loved drawing warm , glowing fireplaces, and while this fire turned out a little more ethereal than I would’ve liked, I’m still happy with the image overall. Still learning to use the brush sets in the newer version of Procreate, which I’d say I’m enjoying very much.
