Having to pick up a sword,
needing to fight for his life.
Seeing others not so lucky,
the town ablaze.
He puts on a strong, angry face,
but behind the mask he is afraid, tears rolling down.

A bit different than art I had planned,
as this scene, as well as two more, came in a dream on the 31st of Dec-'25.
And I just had to get it drawn, as with the next part of it.

I had no character for it, just the pose and scene.
A character having a "mask" that is his face; fierce and angry, growling.
What one would see when fighting him.
But in the dream pose one could just see behind the facade face,
their true/emotional face; crying and afraid.
Having to fight and just picked up a sword to defend himself and more.

It is a bit tougher to get the idea to paper, as a double face would look off,
so he got an actual mask, still portraying the idea my dream gave.
And Blackbear asked, I said for if not having much of a character idea himself,
then a fox is the first one that came to mind.
So I now have a samurai fox character, no name yet.
He is looking quite well though~
Fit for a true warrior.

Blackbear did a great work, even if I made it tough with the explanation x3
He made a great image reflecting what I had in my dream and expanded with the scene~<3
