A while back my friend Ken/animialbio give me his green vaporeon in a trade,Kei. While thinking of him being a "mermaid water dragon" (Yet an unidentified sea monster). Loving to wreak havoc and toying and eating boats for fun. Also, while teasing his roommate Hayashi Daizo, Aka "Blockbuster". Acting like a fierce monster in order to make Blockbuster look better to support his friend!

Villain name: King Kappa/Umi-bozu
Weight: 700- 8,000. lbs.
Height: 9.9-20ft.
Age: around min 30s
Gender: male
Species: "mermaid sea dragon" (unknown sea monster)
powers: echo location, Deep diving to over 9,000 fathoms. Macro growing via sea water drinking, can swim and fresh or salt-water, withstand any water temperature. And use his gut as a "gastric fish tank" that is semitransparent. And walking on land and sea.
Bio:
Kei, also known by many names as "Kappa king", umi-bozu ect. A typical cool dude that is sly, relaxed but fierce on the deep seas. While at the same time a dependable and supportive guy who will do anything to get the job done (by wreaking ships, creating big waves to mess shores/harbors, and likely eating those who make it out of ships). When being his roommate to Hayashi, the sea beast sees the bulky badger as a “walking mattress” for having interest for surface level reasons and mockery. But over time, he lifts Hayashi's spirits as seeing him as being a rough but kind soul.
Often showing emotional and motivational support for the massive Meles behind closed doors, even as "Blockbuster". And will do anything to help out his friend by any means. Even finding him pretty attractive too for the badger massive size and voice that rivals Kei. Going so far as acting like a giant kaiju sized villain as eating aquarium exhibitions, or even whole ships . All to make Hayashi as Blockbuster to stop Kei as "acting" to make the badger look more heroic.
Sure Kei, can be self-centered, smug and full of himself as a jokester for seeing how Hayashi's like a "big" superhero (ironic that Kei is MUCH fatter than the badger after drinking tons of sea water to make him Kaiju sized). But it was all with notable intentions to support his friend in transporting him and saving the city from the dangers of the Damages Kei to make the badgering hero look heroic.
