A little exotic russian steel. Charcoal, pencil and roughly an hour's work.
It's a BAZ 135, powered by two V8 gasoline engines, separately driving the two sides with no transversal differentials. Those guys either drank too much Vodka or knew something western designers didn't. It was designed in the 1960s btw. darkest cold war.

You were the first one who recognized the truck itself. The BAZ/ZIL 135 chassis was the basis of the FROG TEL. I just removed the windshield protector and the other unnecessary parts.
The SCUDs, put into service later, were built on :/the MAZ 543 chassis.
