Thunder lies nestled beneath the canopy of cherry blossoms, pale petals drifting lazily through the air and collecting in her mane and along her side. The world feels quiet here, suspended in a moment that asks nothing of her. No crowns, no battles, no skies to guard. Her breathing is slow and steady as dappled pink light filters down through the branches above. For once, she allows herself to simply exist, wrapped in warmth and stillness, as if the blossoms themselves have chosen to shelter her from everything beyond this gentle, fleeting peace.
I was excited for this commission and every WIP brought me excitement. When I got the finished piece, I was absolutely stunned. Thank you
