Kim Wong-Su, the fourth prime minister of the Diamond Socialist Republic, is remembered as Lin Showa's ideological shadow. A man of blind and fanatical loyalty, Wong-Su not only embraced radical communism but also despised the Sapphires as the existential enemies of the people. An avowed admirer of Joseph Goebbels' propaganda, he used his Sunday television program to indoctrinate the masses; armed with a blackboard and bar graphs, he weaponized the economy to punish and publicly condemn the regime's opponents. However, his arrogance crumbled in 1992 when the joint invasion of Sapphirine forces, King Francis II's amber fleet, and President Bush's US troops reached the heart of the Diamond Empire. Panicked, Wong-Su attempted to flee with suitcases full of looted funds, but he was captured and brought to trial in December of that year alongside Lin Showa. His final fate was execution, leaving behind the dark legacy of a "repressive economist".
