September through June, the Knights of Columbus host a monthly all you can eat breakfast at St. Nicholas Church right up the road from here. That is the same Roman Catholic Church that Tom was an altar boy at when he was a kid. There are many Oncheck graves in the cemetery next to the church. Fresh made customized omelet are made at those breakfasts! Choices include green peppers, onions, cheese, ham, and bacon! They also serve scrambled eggs, home fries, ham, sausage, pancakes (plain and chocolate chip), toast, creamed beef, and apples (same as apple pie filling), coffee, tea, hot cocoa, orange juice, and apple juice.

One K of C here hosted Friday all-you-can-eat walleye fish fries during Lent. Limited to takeout as the hall was filled to capacity.
