Like the title said. I realized that my buddy Vic is a big cartoon fan like I am so I have given him this illustration as gift art of sorts. Besides that, he knows Furrball like I do since this guy has seen Warner Brothers cartoons. Now... on to the description. In it, Vic the Cat is wearing the same red suit and green dress shirt and yellow necktie that Buff Furball would wear in Bigger isn't Better by CartoonLovingFeline and I myself. Besides that, he has to thank Giorgio Armani for implement this much cotton or that much silk into this attire since those clothes are popular for wealthy gentlemen in Italy. Now... why does he dress up like this? What's the big deal? What location is asking our cat boy to wear a suit and shirt and tie? I'll let your imaginations decide.
