Here she is finally, in all her glory. I created B'Tari when I was 12. I hadn't folly conceived of Arlamiri as a character until much later. B'Tari is preceded by Arlamiri's father who I plan on modeling eventually. B'Tari was designed by 
carnosaurian based on earlier art of Arlamiri and her father, and that was the only art of her ever to exist until I reskinned the Arlamiri model to be her. I kept her design mostly similar to Carnosaurian's while adding some extra bits to emphasize her rank.
