Well, here's Starry/Starla again, but this time with a bit of a redesign; big breasts just like two redesign reference sheets ago, and she got new side bangs.

And instead of Aqua's cousin, I decided to make her return as Aqua's sister (a year younger than Aqua) and she's 19 years old.

As you can see, in case you wonder how Starly's chest has grown, it's because of Queen Athena's Youth Pearl Necklace's influence and a bit a small energy from the pearl, Starly retains a youthful appearance, allowing her to appear to be in her twenties permanently.

But in condition, her body changes from flat-chested to an hourglass shape with huge breasts just like her mother's (just a bit shorter than Athena's), and Starly gets used to it, accepting the necklace that transforms her into the most beautiful, busty Mermaid Princess of Atlantis.

And she still uses her Blimp Pearl to inflate herself to make her soars through the skies and having a girlfriend as Camie from Fish-Man Island.

Starly was named after a dual Normal/Flying Type Pokémon - Starly, but I choose this name that suits better for this mermaid.
