Bio:
Son of a U.S Army Engineer who was stationed in Berlin. The year WWIII broke out his father disappeared and he was then adopted by his grandmother. He showed signs of high intellect and technological knowledge making his own gizmos, so his grandmother enrolled him in United Liberty Tech; which in reality was a school ran by G.U.N to rebuild the world's tech after the war. That's where he met Tails The Fox, and both quickly struck a friendship.
