Top left - Was an attempt at doing something for Kali's first pregnancy, you see, she was an orphan and ran away from her village because she found out that when she became of age she was going to be basically be thrown into a brothel, and she understood what that meant, and she didn't want to, well, carry random men's children, likewise she didn't want the same to happen to her hatchlings cause they would have been communal raised because even though she was alive they'd be classified as orphans. Even though she excepted being pregnant and carrying Fox's cubs and/or hatchlings, after finding out she was carrying quintuplets, her past came flooding back and she had a small mental brake down. Fox did find her and reassured her that he wasn't going any where, that she know how the father was, and that she was loved by not just him but all his other partners too (Sky helped a lot during Kali's first pregnancy, being of similar size, even getting lucky and carried the same amount)
Bottom left - A happy, very pregnant Sky, it really seems no size of belly seems to get her down anymore.
Center - Fox being silly with Kali, probably after she's fully excepted what's going on, showing off her early yet sizeable belly, with a 'yeah, I did this and proud of it' look
Top right - YOU HAVE BEEN SPOTTED, RU . . . no wait, you don't need to run, Chula's to pregnant to chase you, though you could stick around and give her a couple belly rubs, that'll keep her happy.
Bottom right - Sky early into a pregnancy, getting read to go visit the doc to see how many she's got in her tank this time, seeing who among her partners is placing bet on how many, lol
