Well...I finally got around to making another fanart pic. This time, my target was from Samurai Jack after watching one of my Samurai Jack season dvd's the other day. I was watching the episode in which Jack goes to Egypt and encounters the newly freed minions of Set with which Aku unleashed. In my head, it hit me that much like the minotaur was from Hercules, it was a one-shot character, provided the minotaur appeared in two episodes, that despite its short appearance was a recognizable character and one of Jack's most powerful enemies. So, I decided to bring one of them in and incorporated a design that would show they seemed more jackal than the episode shown as the only way you could really tell there was a mouth was when they attacked and here in the image...gave them a clearly defined mouth. Anyway, this took forever to do consider this is a fully digitally colored image and took a process of near a week just to color...mostly because I took a few breaks in between to keep from wearing myself out. Anyway, hope you guys like.
