In just a couple weeks, it'll be one year since Ash came out of hiding in my mind while I was meditating. About a week or so after that, I reached out to Dani, the part of me I shunned and kept locked up for so long.
And it was... bumpy at first, but now my mind is at peace for the first time in my life. There are still some rough patches, but Dani and I certainly aren't at each others throats like we used to be.
