Me neither, sadly. I've tried emailing him, but he just hadn't responded in the last few years. I don't even know if the email I have for him is good anymore. I think he might have just moved on from the hobby entirely. But I hope he's doing good with whatever he's into nowadays.
Unfortunately I've just found out that Phil apparently died in January, 2022, at least according to messages left on his DeviantArt account (https://www.deviantart.com/merman1234), That does kind of track as the last I heard from him was in fall of 2021 when I was working on a story commission for him. I know he'd had health problems for at least a few years before, but I didn't think it caught up to him like that. Damn.
