Your solution for drawing "Summer 2.0" seems to be to give her a deer-like face. And it works! She has those big innocent doe-eyes, and looks delicate and feminine while still having a pronounced snout. If you give a cartoon echidna a flat face (like Tikal), it ceases to look like an echidna at all.
You also make her hair look less like dreadlocks and more like spines, which helps her look less like Knuckles and more like the real thing.
