Benny O'Fenney really likes Fritz's sister Jenny! Fritz feels weird about it and isn't sure what to think.
It's not obvious from the drawing itself, but Benny is supposed to be whispering so that Jenny doesn't hear him.
I originally drew it on paper, but I didn't really like how the colors turned out, so I digitally traced over it.
