i honestly couldnt say hon, because every piece of art i get is a priceless item to me no matter what the price is, but regaurdless of that, may i get a linky of a 15 dollar sketch? with that i can better get an idea ^*^

well, i don't have any good sketch commission examples, so all i have are WIPs from some other pieces. actual sketch commissions would be a little more detailed than these:

and looking at the ones for 15 and 25 dollars *looks back at the submission on this page* id put it somewhere between 8-12 dollars, thats my professional opinion...and this comes from me working at my uncles pawn shop for 4 years back home lol

BUT thats just a guessing price but me personaly id pay 15 bucks for something like this anyway, yeah its simple but DAMN that detail is strong.

for a detailed sketchy head shot like that, $15 sounds nice, id go higher for a little less detail and more body shown, probably up to $30-$40 for a good full body sketch like that

I think that image is worth $10 to $15 based on time taken, leaning a bit more towards $10.
