Yoko, The Bakeneko Witch, was the kind of cat yōkai a small southern village didn’t know what to do with—too clever, too shameless, too hungry for freedom. She made charm-potions and “miracles,” brokered shady deals, and treated taboo like a personal hobby. The town loved her results and hated her independence, so the nickname stuck: the village whore: half insult, half warning label. Then Knight Kawasaki arrived on his long revenge tour, hunting for powerful yōkai women to sire heirs strong enough to fuel his war against King Ranko II. Yoko indulged him for her own reasons—curiosity, pride, the thrill of a dangerous man, until he realized she couldn’t conceive naturally. His response wasn’t heartbreak; it was swift and brutal punishment. He coldly bartered away her village’s protections and resources to a rival faction, practically painting a target on everyone and everything she’d ever known, then walked away as if she’d failed him as a woman.


That shall not stand!

Her life’s gameplan: injustice gets repaid, bloodlines get erased. Unable to bear children, she built one: crafting Jiji as a living Trojan Horse: a homunculus stitched from her own strand of hair and Knight’s, bred to slip into the Kawasaki family and detonate from the inside. Yoko forbade the word “Mother,” demanding “Creator,” and trained Jiji in basic martial arts, providing little education but no love, for her, a tool, not a living being. Yoko’s endgame is simple and monstrous: earn Kage’s trust, wait for the telepathic trigger, and make her revenge feel like fate… all while she preaches her twisted righteousness like a sermon she truly believes, and yeowls and cackles into moonlight.

Yoko: Disappear, Knight, DISAPPEAR FROM THIS WORLD! KYA HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
