Nico has lost any care he had in maintaining a desirable figure. He doesn't even eat because the food tastes good anymore. He only wishes to get fatter and fatter. He has become addicted to the sensation of so much weight pulling down his entire body. He loves the feeling of his body wobbling everywhere with every small movement he makes. He tries to turn his head and look at himself, but his neck, which is now more of a donut-shaped blob, restricts his movement. Nico's chest is full of so much fat that it is starting to get close to his snout.
"My head looks so small on my giant body... I want more. I want to gain even more weight. I don't care about anything else. I want there to be loads of fat on every part of my body."
Nico's friends try to tell him how unhealthy it is to be this big. They tell him no one will take him seriously looking like that. But all he hears is that he should eat more food. His belly sticks out just as far as his thighs now, and he couldn't be more proud about it. Every pound he gains is a success in his eyes. He gets winded from every movement he makes, but it is worth it for him because it is all part of the path to becoming a fat blob of a dragon. The most comfortable dragon there will ever be.

This might be my favorite panel of the whole thing. Just look at how wide he appears when he is sitting like that :3 And the way his belly is in between his legs, ahhhhhh!!!!
