I recently learned that Reshiram is the feminine half of the original divine dragon pokemon. Anyways, she can no longer fly.

Iirc, they're actually the half of the divine dragon that values truth, with Zekrom being the half that values ideals. Further complicating it is the fact that other pokemon media give them a male voice.
Don't get me wrong, though, I'm not trying to say your headcanon is invalid, and I apologize if I came off that way because I suck with my words. Just that the franchise hasn't officially confirmed them being the feminine half, much like how it hasn't confirmed my headcanon of the duo being genderless beings represented through the clashing of details.
Anyways, the pic is great (wish I had said that in my first comment).

It's not a headcanon, Ken Sugimori themselves have said that Reshiram is meant to be more feminine as opposed to Zekrom's obvious masculinity. The Reshiram depicted is not female, it's feminine.
Gen 5's story as a whole is all about the subversion of expectation (hence, it's "not always black and white"), so it makes sense that while Yang traditionally does represent masculinity, here it is represented femininely.
Also, to be fair, Lugia had a similar issue where in The Power Of One, it was given a very mature male voice despite Lugia's original designer trying to express a "mother nature"-esque vibe through it - another instance of design's actual meanings getting lost in translation unfortunately. Lugia, at least, would get rectified in further appearances in both the Johto Journeys anime (with the multi-part Mama Lugia arc) as well as in the little bit we got in Journeys...
