Sir Reginald Danvers used to be a ancient bratty prince who demanded special treatment, even demanding stuff from Arceus, but got cursed into becoming a Hoopa and grant wishes for those that would summon him from his lamp. He eventually is wished free, but his power is limited to only helping others out, he can do very little that's considered selfish.

So he became a sort of Noble once more and is running his own bar, The Change of Heart, and slowly amassimilating his fortune over the last 50+ years, and is proud of his establishment, are you willing to try out a different form for a while?
