to the right is the 645 engine, in front, a red fire extinguisher, and the engine start switch. the passage is pretty tight. The door at the far end leads into the HEP engine compartment. I like how its all shiny and clean, still aromatic of new paint. In about 2 years it won't be so clean...

Not anymore... the safety and environment excuse, ya know. I did find it annoying, when the state first got the engines, they were showing them off to the media. There was a small fragment of rag that a RR worker left on the equipment rack. The state guy took the the cameraman into the engine room. And what did the lib-media focus its cameras on? You guessed it...
