Riverside Shop is probably one of the smallest shops on the cxs system, and I think, the only locomotive shop in Baltimore of note. The only reason it hasn't been closed is because it supports the fleet of Maryland's commuter train power. It's a small shop, I think it might hold a max of 10 or 12 locos packed tight. The work force there can do anything that does not involve a large crane or heavy welding.
It isn't easy to get a good angle in a shop building, but here I submit a picture of MARC MP-36P3H #10, the first of the order of 26 that supplants an older order of M-K rebuilt GP40's.
Normally shots like this are not permitted but since I work for the company that built the MP36 I have the privelige.
