If you've persisted and viewed the entire collection in Tegerio/Joshua Kennedy's gallery, you should remember an understandably bitter complaint about Diamond, the comic distributor, deep-sixing his forthcoming book. In brief, Diamond has an effective monopoly, and if pre-orders (solicitations they're called) are low, Diamond won't bother to even fill them. You *have* to pre-sell 1,000 or 1,500 or whatever number of copies of your first issue. You *can't* sell 999. 999 equals zero. At that point your only option is to carry your book to conventions and sell them yourself, period. So Josh's book pre-sold 999 or fewer, as wasn't surprising for a new name on the stands, and that the publisher had little choice but to pull the plug.

The comix industry is dying from root rot - no new material is allowed in, leaving the old stale rubbish to litter the store shelves. Whenever I go into a comixmongery, the unhappy phrase "flatulant uproar" comes to mind as I pass my eyes over the "new" offerings. Which explains why I seldom enter such places anymore.
BTW while it's obvious Yzod has literally abyssmal taste, Eric Blumrich's name showing up there gives one pause. He's dropped so far out of furry fandom that no sign of his former art appears in his website, which is dedicated to wildly abusing our current Fearless Leader and his cronies. OTOH maybe that's what e finds so appealing, the rage and all that (recently he's had to dial back on that a good bit, but he's still a good read).
Tangel' behaves like a lady, but that doesn't mean she doesn't have a "hot" side. It just isnt' something she would show to just anyone, only those she knows uncommonly well. Outside of her clan and family, I doubt that would mean more than Saara and me. 'Though she might be familiar enough with one Albert Temple (Gene Catlow) to tease. It wouldn't be more than tease, though since Al has his own main girl (known here as Catswhisker).
