Alice was born in civil war Georgia to a rich family in Savannah. She spent her early years during the reconstruction period and eventually she went to college at Florida state(which for context was a women only college in the past). She got a career as an author in Atlanta and eventually became a radio host. A lot of vampires make up the high society especially down south so when she was offered the opportunity to become one she did.

Millon grew up in roaring 20s Georgia. When he moved out of his house the great depression hit and Millon was left homeless. One day he tried out for a bodyguard position for Alice and he got it. Alice told him it was silly for a mortal to guard an immortal so she turned him into a vampire. Millon did the bodyguard stuff for many years and eventually in 1997 he retired from his position and moved to Lawrenceville. Millon eventually got bored in retirement so he now works as a janitor for a night club.
