i’m testing blueberry transformation drawings currently to improve my skills, and what better way to practice is to try and make it similar to the movie

yes this does look like ass, but i’m trying to improve my skills of berrification rather than shading

also please comment constructive criticism on how i can improve! I really want to diversify my art






Something about your instinct told you to do it. You felt brainless while you picked up the fresh gum. It felt like pure heaven was on this one stick. You wanted to be the first to try, you always wanted to be first.

Ma always had an obsession with you being the first to win, first to try something, first to make a move. It always felt pressuring but since all you had was Ma, you wanted to make her proud. You gave in on her obsession and turned it your own.


Despite the candy maker’s warnings about the bubblegum, you chewed it anyway. You wanted to feel on being the first to chew such a revolutionary thing, and it felt amazing. Ma looked at you with pride, she knew that she raised her child correctly.

“How is it honey?”

You began to praise the gum, saying how amazing it is. However, one of the other guests noticed something and says “What’s happening to their nose?”

You still chewed it thinking nothing about the comment when the adults around you start to notice the shift of hue the tip of your nose was.

“It’s turning blue?”

“Their nose has gone purple…”

You eventually start to get concerned and ask “What do you mean?”

“Y/N, you’re turning violet! What’s happening?”

Looking at you, the candy maker begins to stutter about the recipe being incorrect as he gets agitated and hides away.

You begin to look at your hand as you realise you have completely changed hue.

“Ma? What’s happening to me?”

You don’t know the hell that is going to break loose.
