Solar and I were back in the den.
“Have you successfully done Operation Deception, Omni?” Solar asked. “Yes” I answered. “Good job! I knew you could do it! So here’s your reward, as promi-“ “Wait!” I interrupted. “I have more important news to deliver! The Darkscars plan to use fire to annihilate us!” I said. “WHAT!? I can’t believe they could even go down to that level! Are you even telling the truth!?” He replied.
Before I could answer, Fog appeared right before Solar’s eyes! “Sorry to interrupt, but I’m not letting you tell anyone else about this, Omni.” He then started chanting. “GNIHTYNA YAS TON LLAHS UOY, TI GNOL I SA GNOL SA.”
He then went on to say “And yes, we are using fire. We will attack in two weeks.” And then, he disappeared.
“I guess you were telling the truth.” Solar said, slightly zoned out. “Well, I am A wolf of my word. It’s official! You are now A Mid-Ranking wolf!
I am so happy now! I am finally not the Omega anymore! But now I realized something: I forgot to tell Ivy the plan! Without her knowing the plan, we can’t carry out the final part of the plan.
I tried to tell Solar about how I forgot about Ivy, but no sound came out of my mouth. Then I realized what Fog had done. He stole my voice!
So Solar didn’t hear me. But I went off anyway. I’m sure that whatever I was doing, he trusts me. After all, he can’t demote me two seconds after promoting me.
Now, me and Fog have a score to settle…
