In NNR, instead of classes, you have the Melee, Ranged, Stealth, Magical, Diplomat, and Other Archetypes. These are subdivided into Sub-Archetypes such as "Battlemaster," "Rusher," "One Hander," "Pistolier," "Cannoneer," "Sniper," "Assassin," "Acrobat," "Investigator," "Evoker," "Seer," Transmuter," "Alchemist," "Chef," and "Turtlemaster" just to name a few. You can mix and match these to your heart's content. This player seems to be playing against type here, since they'll need to put all 3 points into STR just to use their level 1 ability!
