Don Eel Capone was a mafia boss in Fission Cirty who made a deal with Piranoid. Mutate him and give him strength, and he would serve him. Mutated into a morey eel, he is now stronger than he was as a human, and with restored youth. He is always accompanied hy his bodyguards, the Hired Mussels, Bait and Tackle, who were mutated into Mussels. Bait is the more creative one while Tackle is the wiser one of the two.
