More Seaviates under the command of Dr Piranoid!

Barrakilla and River Cat were two ordinary people tricked and mutated by Dr Piranoid into obedient and evil Seaviates,interestingly enough they are mother and son. River Cat was transformed into a catfish, while her son was transformed into Barrakilla, a barracuda. Their personalities warped, Barrakilla became mischievous and a delinquent, while River Cat became vicious and sadistic.
