I think the best way to ever get good at drawing is to actually enjoy the process of drawing, instead of focusing on what you did good or bad.
Nobody except the 0.1% geniuses starts off being good at art. Everyone's early art starts off horrible! Lol but seeing what you did wrong and practicing and getting better is how artists learn to get good at drawing. My early art was horrible!
If you can learn how to actually enjoy the process of drawing, then slowly you will get better as you continue to have fun with it. If all you can focus on is the end result, then honestly I would just look at tutorials and try to learn in a professional way

Well, actually, that's why I keep drawing, is because I enjoy the process and find it relaxing. I just don't ever seem to finish things because I can't stop cringing when I look at them, and then I get a new idea...
