Franklin is a fireless switching engine who works for the Gravendale & Mainland Railway. Originally built to shunt munitions indoors, they have a small generator that boils high-pressure steam for them to run on, as they cannot generate anything onboard. They can be naive and full of themselves at times, but never do they ever over-estimate their own capabilities. They’re fully aware of how limited they are in what they can do, and would rather use that to their advantage than make a fool of themselves.
