Kinda sorta? It's completely populated by spirits that aren't seen most of the time (picture The Shining). He's not obligated to do anything if there's just someone wandering the grounds looking, but if they use something without permission- could be grabbing a blanket to stay warm, sitting in a chair, etc -he'll chase them down and freeze them solid. It's not a choice, he sort of has to do it. Although he's also pretty indifferent.

I'm guessing that the freezing climate, combined with this drake's wicked cold guarding instinct, leads a few lucky travelers into a warm dragon snuggle to survive?

PS: Just wondering, but what happens if a nosy merchant drops by? Leaves behind a lovely piece of furniture in the castle, which perfectly matches the interior decor. Will it be claimed by the spirits and thus guarded to the same chilling degree? Or would there now be a 'safe' chair? >:3
