Vesper! Fun fact about Savannah: as a water dragon, her jaws are filled with sharp teeth that resembles that of a shark's. They are apex predators and tribes of water dragons in the oceans that surround the Isles tend to fight hostile, non-anthro sharks from time to time. (It's also why the fin is there along the back, it stops sharks from getting the drop on them if they're in deeper water.
Savannah isn't being aggressive here, just showing off those lovely chompers with a wide smile~
