I was commenting the other day that capybara's have been showing up in my life a lot lately. I fell in love with one a year ago, September in Japan, and I really regretted that I wasn't better at operating the little crane machine to actually get it to keep. I got some small gift ones for Christmas this year, and I have written capybara's into a bunch of my writing of late. Almost immediately, the joke came up that this should be another alternate universe self for me. My dear friend  eclipsewolf sketched one up and surprised me with it, so here's alternate universe Aethan the Capybara.
