Note: that's not the same duo, these two lighter shades than turtle counterparts. Kel on the left (98th brother) Leon on the Right (57th brother). These two more lax and comfortable due to living in such a peaceful village.

This duo run the branch in Serene Village and they don't take kindly to a rogue charizard and lucario posing as Aurafire the heroes of the water continent. Luckily both the school and Nuzleaf along with Carracosta know they aren't the same boys they raised and thus ended up being diapers and offered to these brothers as Auarfire are there heroes.

As punishment for impersonating there heroes they ended up as diaper packs to the local residents of Sirene Village. So in these two pokes ended up with pretty steep price tags.
