These are the official factions within the universe of Bug Commando. While both democratic, with the Red Ant Army being a true democracy and the Blue Ant Army being a constitutional empire, they fight each other for land and resources in a world riddled with natural disasters and storms. In terms of weapons they use to fight each other, the RAA utilize weapons based on those developed by Israeli Weapon Industries while the BAA (haha- *shot*) utilize more Chinese weapons like those of Norinco. Even the other branches of each of their militaries use equipment that are based on what their base nationalities use, the tank examples being the M-50 and M-51 Sherman for the RAA and the ZTZ-96 for the BAA. They use their military equipment to full effect under various dangerous circumstances to fight the war for obtainable resources and habitable land.
