Scar, once the lean, scheming antagonist of the savanna, discovers a new passion that transforms his body into something massive, heavy, and excessively plump, as if his inner greed has physically manifested itself: lipomancy.
With a subtle gesture, he casts lipomancy magic on a small mouse. The mouse visibly inflates, its body growing unnaturally until it resembles a fat balloon. This symbolizes Scar's ability to alter others, even though he himself has already fallen victim to his own excess.
But he loves his newfound powers and looks forward to fattening up everything in the savanna to his liking.

I do like the idea that the magic he has here is actually a manifestation of what his soul is like. Wonder how he found such a power?
So, I am guessing, he uses his powers to fatten up what he eats, so he has a lot to chow on, hence the shape too?
Or, who else does he intend to use this power on, and what does he intend to achieve in doing so to them!?

I really like this idea. Scar gaining a newfound power, from his own self-indulgence. Which turns him into a large, round, plump mage also. His body matching his own greed, now. And using his new power, and body, to do the same to fattening everyone else up. I'd love to see more on him, using his powers on others. Maybe something like him using it to make his thralls, more bigger. (Like three certain Hyenas.)
And I like the name of the magic: "lipomancy." It sounds both accurate, and official. And how interesting, that there's a Keyword for it, already.
And aside from the great idea. The Artwork is as grand, as always. You do wonderful on the detailing, of the shape and curves. Along with the shadowing, too.
But I guess Scar hasn't learned, still. To not play with his food. And at this rate, he'll be playing "ball," with everyone.
