You know, every now and then I need to show a little love to "my" Tigress; so, today you get a very distant continuation of the Tai Chi scene (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/63100063/) you might remember, as a 90% feral tigress performed her exercises. This time she's giving lessons. To a cheetah. You can imagine what lessons with Master Tigress would be like β probably there's nothing you could do right, but plenty of things you could do wrong.
What can I say? I like almost everything about this piece β the flowing sketch, the colors, the shading. If there wasn't one thing that absolutely drives me mad, I probably would have given this my personal number one. However, it turned out quite nicely.
"Tai Cheetah"
π Concentrate! Left arm higher, torso turned out further. Watch your stance. And concentrate!
π ...
π And by the Great Oogway, finally drop this haste. Why do you cheetahs have to do everything, absolutely everything, that fast? It's not about finishing, it's just about doing.
π...
π Be like water! My words, don't you understand them?

"It's not about finishing, it's just about doing." - such a valuable lesson she's teaching here!
By the way, I just have to point out the absolutely astonishing perspective of the Cheetah's right arm here. The hand must have been a real nightmare, as I can imagine - but the clothes and their folds! They turned out so natural!

N'aaww, thank you.
I don't really want to break the illusion, as I really like this piece myself, but I got a bit lucky with the right arm, as it looked almost exactly like that right away at the first try, even with the foreshortened perspective. The loose clothing certainly helps to disguise the anatomy. And so was the paw. I didn't change anything anymore, because I couldn't have improved it anyway. Sometimes I just get lucky. Although there are theories that frequent luck might be a sign of skill. Maybe. But this time it was pure luck for sure.
