Vanny Vendetta was a human and died at the age of 27 years.
Vanny was the most influential woman known in germany...
She founded the world-wide biggest bar establishment, which she first called "Golden Times"...
Mobs used her bar to deal drugs, weapons and all sorts of those funky deals...
She on the other hand, mixed luxurious cocktails and wines with humans blood, of course her customers were all addicted to it.
She couldn't stop her business there, so she went over her head and drained her victims blood until they drained and died of bloodloss.
She didn't care about that, no regrets; Money-Money-Money!
Vanny used double pinned syringes on their necks, which made the blood flow faster but also made it seem like bite marks of a vampire.
She had once a rival at that time who sent a spy after her tail...
The spy accused her of vampire behavior, like sucking from peoples neck, so they sent a vampire hunter.
Vanny got shot by a hunter right through her heart and landed in hell...

Golden Times has a bar, a casino, assigned sex-work-rooms, a hotel in general and a restaurant.
Almost every Overlord uses her Golden Times to deal drugs, souls, weapons, money and more...
Gamblers wasting their money, to her benefit.
Prostitutes using the special rooms for their *business*.
Drugdealers -you know the deal.
And drinkers wasting their time and money to gulp down her drinks:
Cocktails, Long-Drinks, Shots, Wine, Alcohol in general, and then there is her speciality.
Vanny mixes her luxurious alcohol with blood and sell them by high prices...
Her customers are all addicted to it.
