Thanks. The friend I mentioned is the artist  Kbooki. My best friend and I hung out with her at MFF 2018, and after that it's like she fell off the face of the earth. Her FA page has been unused for 8 years and she scrubbed her gallery, and text messages have gone unanswered. I have no idea if she quite the furry fandom entirely or what, but my main concern is that she's alright.
