I had no idea I needed a tos until yesterday, as I am super new to this so bear with me! I also had no idea where to post this so I hope this works. Also apologies if anything here is repetitive!

Art TOS:

-payment is required beforehand for commissions/ychs, and will be refunded only if the art is not completed in 2 weeks.
-commissions/ychs can take up to two weeks, updates can be provided through discord if needed (this is recommended! I can and will make any edits if you want something different/changed)
-I do not draw nsfw
-artwork may be posted on my social medias
-you may repost art that I’ve made if the piece was made for you/you won the character with credit. Art I make that is fanart of tv shows/books/games etc may not be reposted.
-do not use my art to sell merchandise of any kind.
-I have the right to decline commissions I am not comfortable with
-completed artwork can be emailed if requested
-do not draw on/alter my art on any way
-do not trace, copy, or steal my art
-do not use my art for ai, nfts, or commercial use

Adopt TOS:

-you may resell for what you bought them for unless art is added, then price can raise
-you may not draw on or alter my artwork/design, you are however free to redesign them yourself as you please
-do not cover/alter my signature
-do not use my art for ai, nfts, or commercial use
-do not copy, steal, or trace my art or designs
-once bought character is 100% yours, I do not revoke designs

Base TOS:

- You may make adopts for any currency if the lines are pay to use, if the lines are free you may make adopts but not for money
- You may edit the lines to add accessories, scars, or unique oc features
- You may move my signature, but do not remove it
- Do not Frankenstein my bases with other users’ bases
- Do not edit my bases into fantribes or usermade species
- Do not reupload the blank bases or share the blank bases anywhere or with anyone, link back here if someone is interested
- Do not use my bases for ai art, nfts, or commercial use
- Do not use my bases for anything offensive
- Do not edit my non-anthro (mlp, wof, feral, etc) bases to be nsfw
- When crediting on places like toyhouse link the credit back to here or my furaffinity account
- Do not use my bases to make ychs.
