On the eve of a new year, new goals emerge to begin a new chapter in our lives. With it, old things are left behind, and new opportunities begin to arise little by little. Our memories of the past gradually fade with time, deteriorating like rocks under the wind; therefore, we must keep them alive, so we never forget where we come from. Just like our dreamcatcher, which we like to keep clean and bright.
Every year we take it apart with care, clean it, and changing the strings that connect each of its pieces, just as our ties bind us together, with nostalgia, remembering times that can never return, so ephemeral, but they manage to mark us for life. Scars that will never disappear, and yet they shape us into who we are today.
When we rebuild it, we feel a new opportunity to move forward, together, facing every problem we have and will have. All together, all united. -Eithya-
