These few are some of the heroes outside of Alleghania(sometimes on the other side of the great standoff)
Winged Hussar is a polish hero. He can fly and has a superhuman strength(similar to Ignis). He mainly protects people from robbers.
Bird Queen is a Nikolski(Far east Russia in this timeline after the third innovation war balkanized the soviet union) hero.
Slasher is a Kirton(A large nation parallel to Alleghania and leader of the Prospist faction of the great standoff) stickman(octopus man) hero who shows clear traits of being a vampire(like Pyrathagos on the other side of the Alleghanian-Kirton border and standoff).
Jack Steel is a British hero. He doesnt have powers but he has access to quite advanced technology(similar to The Ghost)
