The most contreversial in official battles: It has the fuckin' haxx "sand veil" who decrease precision of the adverse pokemon, plus garchomp is very powerfull! So it became an Oober, many peaple didn't agree with this. And, I don't know the whole story: It return in OU and with 5G it become a Oober again.
Personnaly, I don't much care about that, but peaple whining about that makes me laught. :XD:
