GIDOFF MAH LAWN!!!!
A commission from Pirro. He and everyone else has heard me say "Get off my lawn" whenever I reference something that dates me as being older that the average person in my stream. (What's a light bright?" "Get off my lawn." "What's Romper Room?" "Get off my lawn.")
Well, Pirro decided to actually draw an old lady gen yelling at people to get off her lawn. He asked Kittybird to guest star so she's also on the lawn with a shiny ball.
I debated the character positioning since it seemed narcissistic to put Gen in the foreground considering Pirro had paid for the card, but in a layout sense it works better this way. People looked at the card and instantly recognized the "Get off my lawn" theme so I think I made the right decision.
4x6 card colored in copic markers and gelpen drawn live via webcam. Get off my lawn.

I'm ten to twenty years older than most of the people in my social circle, too. "Git Offa My Lawn" alternates with "Uphill, BOTH WAYS" in my personal argot.
"Romper Room" was a popular syndicated TV show in the '60s and early '70s, though I think it may have hung on a bit longer than that. Essentially, it was a program of fun activities and a bit of learning for pre-K kids every morning; the show itself was set in what you might call an idealized day care center or pre-K classroom.
