Gender: male (he/him).

Hometown: Fortree City.

Starter Pokémon: Seedot (nickname: Dot, now a Shiftry).

Occupation: Pokémon Ranger.

Landon grew up in Fortree City, and spent much of his time playing in the woods and wilderness around Routes 119 and 120. He met his first Pokémon, a female Seedot he named Dot, by rescuing it from drowning when it fell into a river during a flood. The two became friends right away. Later that week, a Pokémon Ranger came to Fortree to speak with Landon after hearing what he had done. This ranger was so impressed that she offered to sponsor him with a scholarship to train as a Pokémon Ranger in the apprenticeship program.

Landon excitedly jumped at the opportunity, and begged his parents to let him apprentice. With some convincing, they agreed, and Landon began his journey training under his new mentor.

Landon prefers Pokémon with field moves like Dig, Teleport, Secret Power, Dive, Fly, and Surf. He likes to explore, and find the most remote or difficult to reach places he can find with his Pokémon. He often creates secret bases and caches all over in secluded hidden areas, where he stashes supplies.
